Car running ruff starring seems out or hard turning

Hello, The various control modules on the vehicle will lose settings when the battery dies or is removed, and that means they have to relearn parameters for the various tasks that they have. The engine control module may be relearning the throttle control motor, so turn the key on, leave the engine off, and press the accelerator to the floor for 60 seconds, then let it up for 60 seconds before starting. This may help the ruff idle, though it should smooth out on it's own. If the battery being jumped or disconnected and replaced caused any sparking, or the battery was connected improperly, you could be experiencing damage to electronic components, and you should start seeing warning lights on the dash soon if that is the case.
