will not start

What is your question?

i left the key in the ignition for ten mins or so now it wont start . day before i changed the oil and reset to the factory settings . is it some kind of alarm?

the owner's manual clearly warns you not to leave the key in the ignition. you can try another transponder key to see if that will start the car. if it still will not start, you will need a reputable MB specialty shop that has the correct software to reset the ignition drive authorization system.
