Hi, If you do not hear the motor working, the first places to check are the fuse boxes. Check all the fuses to be certain. If you do not have a bad fuse, check the pump motor for voltage when you press the button. If the windshield washer button sends voltage to the washer fluid pump, but the pump doesn't work, replace the pump. If it does not get voltage at the pump, you will need to test the lever that the washer button is on. This can get difficult, so just in case, here are certified, local repair facilities.
