drivers side seat, window, & passenger controls won't work plus key fob locks all doors except drivers

Sometimes it works but most time it doesn't. referring to Drivers seat, window , and other controls for rear and passenger side. Plus the key fob will lock the passenger door but not the drivers. Also why does my radio/CD player work when the key isn't even in the ignition??

Anyone know the locations of the grounding wires I thought maybe it might have a bad ground
