Drivers side parking light will not come on with new bulb

Hello, The SAM unit (an integrated power distribution unit) may not be allowing power to flow to the parking light. This is fairly common, but there are other things: -Make sure there is power at the socket for the bulb -try another bulb -check for power up the circuit until you find where it stops, there may be an open circuit.
