why won't the seats move? how much to fix

Agree (answer #1), not sure why, but sometimes the fuses trip. You have to go through all the fuses to find out exactly what fuse blew. Note: each seat is wired differently; therefore, you need to check both. If I remember correctly, the fuse or fuses are located on the side of the steering wheel, when you open the door, it is the side panel, check there first, if not, check the fuse box in the trunk, located next to the battery. Hope this works.

Use owner manual and check fuses first. May have just blown one.
