The fluid going to the headlights squirts just fine. The fluid going to the windshield dribbles.

4 potential causes 1. Pump is going bad and no longer has enough pressure (verify the same pump as headlights.) 2. Clogged Lines least likely 3. Spray Nozzle Clogged (Take of hose and see if it sprays with pressure but no nozzle) 4. Hole in the line (verify no leaks or puddles when running the windshield)
