What is your question?
Engine light comes on after gassing up. First we went to dealer, they flushed the line, then we had no problem until my husband gassed up. 24hours later engine light came on. How much does it cost and how long does it take to change O2 sensor, if done by dealer?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Happened twice after gassing up
How long has your 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 had this problem?
Started Nov.8/18 and only happened 2 times, after gassing up.

My impression is that you are not getting clear information from your visit to the dealership in the first place. Carefully review your repair order and invoice, and ask questions of the consultant you worked with. In their hands, your concern should be appropriately diagnosed and troubleshooting should reveal the root cause of the check engine light coming on. No one should be spending any time guessing on anything, least of all an "O2 sensor".
