I have changed the sump that holds the driving shaft and front suspensions, still, I feel the vibration while driving or stationary
What makes this problem better or worse?
its worse when i am in traffic and i have to match the brake

Hello, I'm not sure what you mean by "sump", but vibrating while sitting at idle is likely motor mounts. Of course, this could be a range of issues causing the engine to idle roughly, but I would check the motor mounts and transmission mount first.
Many thanks, a mechanic suggested that to me and we tried it to discover, the gear mount was really bad, this was fixed and the vibration has stopped. Many thanks
