Hello, This may be a seized brake caliper, but that is not a common issue for newer Mercedes brake systems. If you have a 4matic version, you should immediately check your differential and transfer case fluid. If not, check the rear differential fluid level. The front differential fluid on your model of vehicle has a history of leaking out, but it is typically caught at an oil change since it coats the entire passenger side of the axle extension housing (attached to differential). Something easy you can do is raise the vehicle safely, support it with jack stands, place the vehicle in neutral, release the parking brake, and turn each wheel individually. If one is hard to turn, bingo. Shake the wheels as well, you may just have a bad wheel bearing.
