What does Front Left side malfunction Service Now Mean?

As I was driving, the above sign came on my display, in addition it also indicated the Front Right had the same problem. I have a 2012 C300 with 58,800 miles. This happened yesterday and evrytime the car is turned on the message is displayed. It goes away once you hit the "OK" button. I forgot to add, the AIRBAG icon shows up. This might be helpful to understand the problem This is another problem. The headrest on the drivers side keeps popping out, this started happening 5 days ago. Managed to snap it back in position but a few hours later popped out again, It has happened 3 times already. What is the fix for both the problems?
