Radio issue not working 2015 c300

I have a 2015 Mercedes’ c300 my car had navigation and backup camera one day and then another morning it didn’t have navigation nomore it dissapered from my radio completely aswell as my backup camera nothing pops up as if I had no camera at all also my radio stations all vanished also and when I connect my phone to Bluetooth it connects but I get no audio

How long has your 2015 Mercedes-Benz C300 had this problem?
