is anyone else having an issue with their command screen

You will have to bring it by the dealer and have them check for software updates. There isn't going to be a quick trick to get this system back up and running properly. Alex

Purchased my 2015 c300 4matic on 3/10/18 and on 3/19/18 the command screen froze...no radio, no navigation, nothing shows up. Took it to MB dealership and service advisor stated that SiriusXM had an update that affected the MB software. MB is currently working on a software patch to resolve the issue. No idea when it will be fixed tho...Service advisor stated it could take up to 2+ weeks...needless to say I'm not too pleased : /

Same problem here. Took it to the dealership and they confirmed it's something to do with the satellite radio/receiver. They talk that a fix is imminent but nothing has been done yet.

I have a 2015 C400 and experienced this issue in late March. To address the issue MB disconnected my SiriusXM which gave me back the COMAND module without satellite radio and without Sat nav traffic which I need. I spoke to US MB corporate yesterday and there is no fix. It was caused by the SW update and they cannot roll it back. That means you will have no SiriusXM and no traffic on your nav if you have a certain radio model. Luckily my 3 year lease is up in late Aug this year, MB offered me a generous discount on my next Benz as I have been a loyal Benz driver since 1999.............will I go with another Benz ???????? I recommend calling the concierge service ( if you have it) and complain, they will probably put you in touch with MB corporate.
