I got the message "stop vehicle, shift to P, leave engine running" with a Battery symbols and an Exclamation marks on my 2105 C300. Then I stopped, turn the car off, wait a 5 to 10 min and it ran fine on my 20 mile to work. However, it saw it again when I drive a short trip about 3 miles to Costco . What would be the issue?
PS: ecked my battery and it is 12.6V. So the battery good. Google it and some link said the automatic transmission is overheat.
