2013 Mercedes C300 4matic: Tried to rotate the tires and now the there is a dragging sound and a burning smell when I drive. Figured front brakes are locked up. Emergency brake not indicated on the dash as being activated, but wheels and rotors only rotate back and forth a little, like something else is locked. Next step ? Thanks.

Hello, what do you mean you "tried to rotate the tires"? This isn't a complicated operation.
