I'm at 69,000 km is it worth changing the rear differential fluid /tranny fluid

The transmission should be serviced (drain and fill + filter replacement) every four years or 40,000 miles. If you don't have a record of it being done by this point, it should be done. There doesn't seem to be a specific interval for the rear differential.
