rear driver's side door lock won't lock/unlock. child safety is off.

the rear driver's side door lock won't lock/unlock with either the key fob or manual button. child safety is off. all other locks are ok. any way I have to synchronize the locks? I would like to fix this myself. thanks TS

Hello, sounds like a probable door lock actuator concern. Pulling the door panel and checking for power and ground at the actuator will narrow down the failure.
