My ignition is not turning it clicks under the steering wheel and sometimes beeps, what should I do?

There is a fairly common issue with the DAS (drive authority system) that most often means the car has to go to the dealership. We have had some success replacing and coding modules, but too often it requires the dealership only programming software.
