Hello, do you know if this is an aftermarket installed alarm? This seems possible, as a factory anti-theft system would prevent the vehicle from starting at all I believe. Have this removed if possible. If it is a factory alarm, testing with proper Mercedes-Benz compatible test equipment is needed.
