How often to change transmission fluid?

I have 188000 miles on it and has never been changed

your suppose to change yor transmisson fluid evey year...if you have that many miles on it and have never serviced it then changeing the fluid and filter now can cause more bad then good but you should take it to a mechanic or transmisson shop and ask them what do they think
