car cranks easy but will not accelarate for awhile it seems like after it warms up its ok

Hello, Starting and idling good is a great starting point, but there is no sure way to find the issue without scanning. Mercedes uses the STAR diagnostic system, and I recommend finding an independent European auto shop for a diagnosis. Since the vehicle runs well after being warm, I start to think of a small vacuum leak that seals with heat expansion, or ignition system issues.
