My key will not turn the ignition. It appears to be locked. I can not crank the car. Please advise?

Make sure the steering wheel is not binding. While trying to turn the key, also turn the steering wheel back and forth. Also, if you have another key, try that. If these don't help then you'll need to have it towed to a shop to have this addressed.
