How much to fix broken stepper motor actuating arm

Hello, the problem is we don't know if it's a motor problem, a door or plenum problem, or the linkage that connects it all. The clicking noise leads me to think it's a stripped motor or fractured plastic in the plenum. Hopefully it's the motor - it takes tear down and inspection to find out, depending on which one it is.
