Door Problem.

Hello Dear, today i tried to close the car using the remote all the doors closed but the rear right. then i tried to close it manually. when i tried to open the car all doors open but that rear right. & the problem the door is not opening from inside or outside. even the window is not moving down also. any help please cause tomorrow holiday & cant fix the car but if u helped me :)
