Brakes sticking on c240 1999 model

Hello, A twisted brake hose can trap brake fluid and cause this, but just from being old... mmmm... I'd say no. You may, however, have a sticking brake caliper... in fact, I would say you probably do. Have the brakes inspected, and just be ready to replace the brake calipers. If the pads and rotors are worn or overheated due to constant binding of the calipers, you may end up replacing those as well.
