My c230 '06 randomly turns off but ONLY when starting car.. anyone have any ideas or similar problem?

What is your question?

I will turn it on and sometimes it will stay turning on after I release the start and then turns off... or when I start it it will just turn off but then turn on again fine and runs good... and no engine lights or anything what could it be??

What makes this problem better or worse?
