car was stalling on me so I changed fuel filter and the car still stalled so I changed the fuel pump. I unplugged the battery to do this and now I have no power whn I turn on the ignition

unplugged your battery again, clean it and put it back. if no luck there, check your cam sensor, if it's bad it can't communicate to the computer the position of the cam and how much fuel for the regulator to pump. if it's bad no fuel will come out..
