Drivers window wont go down, and the Roof will not go up, since the window will not go down. Is this a relay or window motor What do we do to fix the situation?

Quickest answer is that you'll need professional help to determine what is wrong with your vehicle. You could have a faulty window switch, motor, regulator, or wiring issue. Too hard to tell until testing is performed at the driver's door window.
