After replacing battery in me 1992 Mercedes 500SL, her security alarm (horn-beeps) sounds. Please advise, what is the process-sequence to correct this?

If it's a "factory" alarm, turning the key in the door lock should deactivate the horn beeping. If this does not work and it is a factory alarm, then there could be a problem in the door lock circuit. If there is an aftermarket alarm it needs to be defeated with a remote or removed from the vehicle.
