softtop wont not go down

What is your question?

Why dosent my soft top go down. I checked the relay and that is ok. The red led lignt in the switch blinks when I engage it and it neer did that before.

hydraulic leak from a cylinder in system fill pump in trunk under spar and look for leaks.
