Engine feels like it will not start after turning off

Ensure you are using quality fuel. Sometimes, fuel can vaporize before reaching your engine if it is not the proper grade or quality. Additionally, you could have a fuel system concern...or even a different system concern, like ignition or air intake. Too hard to tell, testing is required.
