Due to the complexity of today's vehicles the majority of owners or DIYer's do not possess the proper diagnostic equipment nor the knowledge and training that's required to effectively and successfully perform their own automobile troubleshooting / repair. Therefore it is highly recommended to seek professional *hands-on* assistance with this issue as that tends to be the most cost effective solution.. Good luck!
Engine's require fuel, spark and air in proper proportions to run, with good exhaust flow. If your engine does not run, something is missing. First find out what, then troubleshoot as to why. You could have anti-theft related issues, you could have circuit protection issues, you could have wiring issues. A skilled technician with a quality diagnostic tool and other electrical testing tools is needed with reference material like shop manual instructions and a good wiring diagram to troubleshoot your vehicle concerns.
