If u mean one of the 2 tension guide rails look at the front of the cylinder head, you will see 1 little threaded hole for each tension rail, find a large headed bolt that fits, put washers on the bolt and tighten it, when the bolt hits the end of the tension pin it will draw it out about 3/4 of an inch, u then simply pull it out, refit new pins by LIGHTLY tapping in, would also recommend changing timing chain at the same time
