Reverse backup Issue

What is your question?

I have a 2004 Mazda Trubite and it is still in good condition. When I immediately start the vehile and put it in reverse, it backs up with no problem. After drive it for one mile and if I put it in reverse, it hestitate to backup until I accelerate or turn it off and on. Not sure what is going on. Please help.

Sounds like an internal hydraulic issue with the transmission. It's too hard to know without monitoring what is happening when the problem occurs. A diagnostic tool is quite necessary and helpful in doing this.
