Ac does not engage over 15 mph
What is your question?
The AC will work perfectly while at idle or low speed approx 15 kph. Any speed over that it will begin to blow hot. I've replaced the compressor and the evaporator to no resolve. Any ideas?

It's possible the high-pressure switch is being tripped when you raise the rpm. Try revving the engine at idle to see if the ac goes out. This can be cause by an overcharge. A set of gauges are key to this diagnosis.
