What is your question?
2001 Tribute, 4 cyl, manual 5 speed, 4WD, with 215000 miles. Love the rig, but it needs clutch & tires now. Worth the investment or should I trade? Anyone taken this rig over 200k?

If is paid for, maintenance and repairs done when should have been, meets your needs, then I feel would be worth it but would want to know more about rest of systems on vehicle before could say absolutely. Can you buy another one like it and know what you know about this one? Likely not.
Long paid for - Its clean and straight. Have replaced timing belt, alternator twice, clutch master cylinder twice, battery, serpentine belt, belt tensioner, water pump, thermostat & housing, struts and shocks, and a collapsed motor mount. Looks like a long list, but for the miles and service its probably not bad. Hate to put $1500 into it now only to see it really start to deteriorate. My other rig (Chevy truck) has 260k. I need to know one of the rigs is good enough to take across the state or on vacation. People are telling me a Ford/Mazda won't roll along much over 200k?
Well it looks like you have been taking care of it real well when needed. The other rigs the others talk about may not have had as much care. As I said though, only you can make the decision. I will say this, even if you have a vehicle that has 1/4 of the mileage on it as yours do no one can guarantee you can go across state or on vacation with it without any probs. Just sayin'.
Did that. Nothing. What else could it be besides the injectors? Just curious
Added combustible fuel to the intake. Nothing. Injectors are pulsing. Could it be something with to do with the ignition? Or electrical?
