A coolant leak from the passenger-side bottom part of the firewall is likely related to the heater core (or its associated hoses and fittings). What you're seeing is most likely coolant escaping from the HVAC (air conditioning) drain tube. This should be remedied as soon as possible; continued coolant loss can lead to overheating and, in some cases, irreparable damage to the engine.
