What is your question?
He told me the car wont start and that it needs a new $500 computer. He said he replaced the relays but didn't mention fuses. Help please!

You're on the right track with the fuses. Needs to check all of them. If there is one thing a sound system will do, it is interfere with native components while the installer carelessly arcs the positive cable onto the chassis like hes trying to weld. I'm assuming it doesn't crank or start? More specifics please.
