I changed termistat but it still get s hot fans run water coming out of tail pipe

Hello, You have a bad seal between two of the rotor housings, or the rotor housing and front cover/rear cover. these engines are so much different that normal engines, so you will want Mazda or a rotary specialist to diagnose the issue. If you tear it down yourself, you will need to have the rotor housings checked for warping while the engine is apart. The repair on the engine can get so expensive that it may be more economical to replace it, BUT have it diagnosed first.
