When you have one cylinder misfiring (cyl #3), you can start swapping parts to other cylinders, move the coil to #1, spark plug to #2 and the injector to #4 cylinders, erase the code, run the engine until the code is reset and see where the fault move to, for instance, if it moved to cyl # 4, then the injector is bad.
