What is your question?
My 03 Mazda protege has a dual shift transmission. Recently it started having trouble down shifting. When I get to about 60 it won't go any faster no matter how much the pedal is down. I had it coded and it said the O2 sensor? But my check engine light is not on. My AT light is. If I go into each gear slowly and stay under 60 it's good though. Thoughts?? I've never had a dual shift before
What makes this problem better or worse?
Going slow
How long has your 2003 Mazda Protege had this problem?
A couple days

Hello, if you have a warning light for the automatic transmission, then your testing is incomplete. Oxygen sensor concerns (or fuel trim concerns) will not cause a transmission warning indicator to come on. You could have an electronic or hydraulic internal transmission concern -- testing is needed to determine this. Additionally, if you are having trouble developing vehicle speed, you could also have an engine performance problem, such as having an exhaust restriction preventing acceleration. In any case, hands on testing is needed to determine what is happening.
Thank you.
