Whats wrong if my car battery light come on and it start to overheating?

Likely your belt that drives the alternator and water pump has snapped. Pull over and check. Overheating will damage the engine.

Could be low on coolant and the battery is weak. Or could be a bad thermostat, pretty common on Mazdas. I would check the coolant level and test the battery.
