Creaking noise when braking slowly

What is your question?

I have an automatic 2000 protege lx 1.6 l engine, whenever I break slowly there’s hard squeaking/creaking/clunking sound coming from right front side. It’s not the rotors or anything to do with the brakes as we’ve checked all that. Maybe suspension?? It’s like impossible to find out what it is. Doesn’t sound safe at all.
