What are rear suspension components

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Sounds like a stabilizer bar? A physical inspection is really what is needed; can't really guess on here. But a bar that exists from left to right along the back of the vehicle is the stabilizer bar. It is held onto the rear lateral link on each side with pins and bushings.
