fuel pump not working,replaced it could it be the fuel pump driver module

I have checked the reset switch and the relay and all other fuses, this truck was a gift I love it but had some major ploblems brakes, abs,clutch,4x4system,fuelpump,and plugs,and wires keep fouling out
