Van doesn't move in reverse

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. If the van does not move in reverse gear, then testing should be performed to see if the transmission is being commanded to reverse gear - first. If it's being commanded, check fluid level and condition. Adjust as needed. If still no movement, I suspect an internal transmission concern.
