torque converter clutch circuit malfunction

What is your question?

this is the trouble code from the engine and I need to know what exactly I should do. I've found many people saying it is probably a bad connection, and I need to know where to look. I really can't afford to bring it to a shop and it is un-driveable and won't shift past 2nd gear. Any help would be much appreciated!
