it has been almost 4yrs.,spark plugs,spark cables,distributor cap rotor have been replaced 3 times.

It's time to get it checked by a Mazda specialist or a transmission shop. If it's an engine performance problem, a Mazda specialist is needed, if it's a transmission problem a transmission shop would be helpful.
