What is your question?
I replaced thermostat coolant fan relay and temp sensor ran a block test came back clean no blown head gasket or cracked block. Flushed the radiator out car still overheats after sitting at idle for 10 mins the radiator fans will not come on unless I turn the AC on I disconnected the upper radiator hose with the car running to see how much pressure was being put through the radiator and the water or radiator fluid from the vehicle was barely dribbling out of the upper radiator hose and the engine was hot and the thermostat was open
What makes this problem better or worse?
When the ac is on the temp gauge drops below operating temp then climbs to almost hot really quick
How long has your 2000 Mazda Miata had this problem?
About a week

Have qualified personnel diagnose inoperative radiator cooling fans - engine temperature IS what activates fans for engine cooling via engine control module. We can post a list of the possibilities however that's not going to help without proper testing equipment and a systematic diagnostic flow chart.
I am assuming you have ‘some’ automobile repair skills (?) - - make sure coolant level is full and there’s no air in system. â–ªï¸https://repairpal.com/repair-shops â–ªï¸ Good luck!
