rubber cap on Side mount on passenger side looks deflated and has leaked some kind of liquid.

What makes this problem better or worse?

i live in unpaved road with rough spots.

How long has your 2010 Mazda CX-7 had this problem?

just noticed leakage. last report from dealership noted ends broken on sway bar, but couldn't afford repairs. had extended warranty but not sure if covered.
