rubber cap on Side mount on passenger side looks deflated and has leaked some kind of liquid.
What makes this problem better or worse?
i live in unpaved road with rough spots.

Hello, the engine mounts are not servicable. It does sound like one may be damaged or worn out, resulting in the liquid leak (many engine mounts are hydraulic to assist in dampening, and if the rubber deteriorates or tears, the fluid will leak out).
The only answer is to replace affected mounts.
